Single-Deployment License.

By purchasing or otherwise obtaining a copy of any NoSubz codebase (the "Software"), the purchaser ("Licensee") is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to:

1. install and operate one (1) production deployment of the Software for Licensee's own business or personal use; and
2. modify the Software for the sole purpose of operating that one deployment.

Licensee MAY NOT:

1. resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or any derivative work, in source or binary form, to any third party;
2. operate the Software as a multi-tenant service in which third parties are the principal end-users;
3. remove or alter any copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notices in the Software;
4. use NoSubz's name, logo, or product trademarks in marketing or promotional materials without prior written consent.

Licensee may make reasonable copies of the Software for backup, staging, or development purposes, provided that only one (1) production deployment is operated at any time.

Updates and bug fixes published by NoSubz are provided under the terms of this license without additional fee for twelve (12) months from purchase. Security patches remain free for the lifetime of the Software. Major version upgrades released after the twelve-month window may be offered to Licensee at a discounted price.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NOSUBZ OR ITS AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

This license terminates automatically if Licensee breaches any term above. On termination, Licensee must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software. Termination does not entitle Licensee to a refund outside the fourteen-day refund window described in our refund policy.

The Software incorporates open-source dependencies listed in package.json, each governed by its own license. Nothing in this License limits Licensee's rights or obligations under those upstream licenses.

This license is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NoSubz is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
